Historic Temple SquareYou can't visit Salt Lake City without seeing the Mormon Temple at Temple Square.
Brigham Young and the original city planners designed Temple Square as the center of the city. Built by the Mormon Pioneers, the temple itself took 40 years to complete and is made of huge solid Granite blocks quarried from the local Wasatch Front canyons.
The Anniversary Inn South Temple location is a short walk of 6 blocks from Temple Square.
